By card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch and Visa Delta payment cards.
By cheque: Please print your order and include with your cheque made payable to The Greenhaus Ltd and send to us at 3 The Dells, Bishops Stortford, Herts CM23 3YB. Please note that orders will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers can be sent directly to the recipient with a message card. They are in denominations of £5, £10, £20 & £50. Vouchers may be used either in store or on-line. However, when used on line they must be used in full and postage will apply for goods purchased using the vouchers. Gift Voucher only purchases will not be subject to the standard delivery charge but a fee of £3.50 will apply to cover secure delivery.
Standard delivery:
All orders are charged at £4.50 per order unless other wise stated, In stock items are despatched the next day, please allow 14 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made during working hours and may require a signature, if you wish for them to arrive at your place of work then please complete the 'Alternative Delivery Section of the form'
Express Delivery:
This bears a one off fee of £10 and is available for orders being delivered within the UK. Orders received by 12 noon GMT will be despatched to arrive the next day, those orders received after 12 noon delivery will be within 2 working days. Gift Wrapping:
We offer a gift wrapping service which can include a special message. This service is charged at £4.50. All paper used is from sustainable/recycled sources.

We source our products with great care and deliberation to bring you products of the highest quality, and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not, please return to us within 14 days and we will refund or exchange it for you. Just complete the enclosed the returns form supplied with your delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for faulty items.
