What kind of shipping service do you offer?
We aim to send all items that are in stock within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Items up to 1 kilo are sent by 2nd class Recorded (signed for) delivery and should arrive within 2-3 days after sending. Orders weighing over 1 kilo are sent using the Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service which aims to deliver within 3 to 5 working days. All postage prices quoted in the shop are for UK inland delivery. How can I pay for my order?
Our online shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, JCB and all the major credit cards, Debit cards and local payment schemes like Maestro, Laser, Electron and more. All prices quoted on this site are in GBP Sterling, and your credit/debit card will be charged in GBP Sterling.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. Your card details are not held on our website/server, all transactions are processed using the secure system 'Worldpay', an important part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group,the 5th biggest banking group in the world. Can I send my order as a gift to someone?
Yes. During Checkout you can enter a separate delivery address if you would like your order sent to someone else.
Can I send a personal message with my gift order?
Yes. During Checkout you can type your message in the field provided.
Can I specify a particular delivery date?
No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date, unless you have paid for next day delivery, but we will try our best to help if you want something sent close to someone's birthday or special occasion. Send us an email with any special request ensuring you include full details of the order and your contact information.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
In the unlikely event that the products currently online are out of stock we will contact you immediately by email and offer a full refund, or fulfill your order once a delivery time has been agreed by you as acceptable.
What's your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order please inform us immediately and we will resolve any issues to your satisfaction. We offer a 'no quibble money back' policy if the product is returned and received in perfect condition within 14 days. Your card will be credited with the full amount minus any return shipping costs incurred.
What is your policy on privacy?
We do not share your details with anyone else.
